1 lb. Lean ground beef
1/2 med onion finely chopped
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
Salt, pepper, garlic salt to taste


SAUCE
2/3 cup ketchup or more
1/4 cup water
2 T. brown sugar
1 T yellow mustard
1 T. apple cider vinegar

Directions:

1. Fry ground beef and drain off excess fat. Salt, pepper, garlic salt to taste

2. Add Onion and Garlic and continue frying until translucent.

3. Add sauce ingredients and cook until water cooks off and you have that nice sloppy Joe consistancy.
