2 lb. stew meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope Beefy Onion Soup mix
1 envelope Au Jous Mix
1 can water
1 can mushrooms (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients except the stew meat. In 9 X 13 pan pour the soup mixture over the stew meat. Cover and bake at 300º for 3 hours. Do not stir or peak. Serve over mashed potatoes.

This can also be done in a crockpot, but will not be as thick.
