1 large onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 t. chili powder
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 pkg. Doritos
1 fryer, boiled and deboned (Rotisserie chicken may be used for more flavor)
8 - 16 oz. grated cheddar cheese

Directions:

Mix first 6 ingredients. In a 9X13 pan layer soup mix, Doritos, Chicken, ending with cheese. Repeat process, finishing with cheese. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes or until bubbly. You may also add salsa into the layers for added flavor and spice.
