150 grams potatoes mashed
150 grams cauliflower mashed
200 grams grated cheese
1 egg beaten
60 grams onions chopped
½ puffed pastry sheet defrosted
1½ tomato thinly sliced (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven GM7/425°F/220°C.
1. Cook and mash the potatoes and cauliflower, cool slightly.
2. Mix together the potato, cauliflower, cheese, egg and onion.
3. Spread the mixture onto puff pastry sheet leaving half an inch around the edges.
4. From the long edge, roll up tightly like a Swiss roll.
5. Cut into equal portions.
6. Place cut side down on a lightly greased baking sheet.
7. Place a slice of tomato on each pinwheel (if using) and bake for 30 minutes or until
golden.
8. Transfer to a warmed serving dish, garnish and serve.
