Ingredients:  
3 cup sugar
3/4 cup butter
2/3 cup evaporated milk
12 oz. chocolate chips
7 oz. jar marshmallow creme
1 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, butter & milk. Bring to a full boil stirring constantly. Remove from hear & stir in chocolate chips. Add marshmallow creme, vanilla & nuts.

Beat until well blended.
