140 grams margarine
100 grams golden syrup
100 grams sultanas
650 grams bananas overripe (black) mashed
oats
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven GM4/350ºF/180ºC.
1. Grease and line a flan tin.
2. Melt the margarine and golden syrup in a pan.
3. Stir together with the oats, sultanas, mashed banana and cinnamon until well mixed.
4. Spread the mixture into the lined flan tin.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and firm to touch. 6. Portion while still warm and allow to cool in tin before turning out.
