1 jar Old English Cheese
1 stick butter
French or Italian bread cut into 3" x 1" cubes (crust removed)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the French or Italian bread into about 3" x 1" sticks or cubes, from which the crust has been removed. Combine cheese and butter, and spread on cubes (all 4-sides). Put bread cubes on cookie sheets and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve warm or cold. Delicious with a salad.
