1 package malawach
1½ lbs. pastrami, cut into small triangular pieces
smear of mustard
smear of mayo
duck sauce, for glaze

Directions:
Directions:
Defrost malawach on parchment paper.
Shmear mustard and mayo evenly on the dough.
Slice into 8 triangles, pizza style.
Place pastrami pieces onto the dough.
Roll each triangle, wide side first.
Place onto cookie sheet.
Glaze with duck sauce.
Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.
