4lb boneless pork shoulder roast
Crock pit
1 tsp veg oil
1 cup BBQ
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar (I used reg)
1/2 cup beef broth
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp yellow mustard
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp fiesta pork rub
1 large onion
2 garlic gloves

Potatoes or buns

Directions:
Directions:
Add veggie oil to bottom of crock pot
Add roast
Mia together all ingredients
Pour over roast
Cover & cook low (10-12 hrs) high 5-6 hours until toast shreds easily.
Serve over buns or potatoes.
