1 long salami
1 12-oz jar of apricot jam
squirt of BBQ sauce
squirt of mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Pour the jam, BBQ sauce, and mustard over the salami.
Bake covered at 350º for 1 hour.
Then, uncover and bake at 400º for an additional 20 minutes or until the edges are crispy.
