1 C sugar
1 Tbs flour
dash of salt
milk
3-4 apples, peeled, cored, and quartered
1 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbs butter
9-inch pie crust
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º.

Combine sugar, flour, and salt. Toss with apples. Place in pie crust and pour in enough milk to cover apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with butter.

This will boil over so place pie on foil-covered baking sheet.

Bake minutes.
