6 med. yellow onions
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. beef broth
1/2 c. whipping cream
2 T flour
1/4 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. Parmeson cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the onions into 1/2" thick rings; saute in butter until tender. Place in greased 8" baking dish. In a bowl, stir, broth, cream, flour, salt and pepper until smooth. Pour over onions. Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes, or until golden brown, and mixture is bubbly.
