1 14oz can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
1/4 c. butter
1/4 t. salt
1 c. chocolate chips
1 t. vanilla
1/4 c. water
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients in small heavy saucepan and bring to boil over moderate heat, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute, continuing to stir constantly. Remove from heat and add chips and stir until blended and smooth. Add vanilla, and gradually stir in water.
