3 bananas, very ripe
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Pinch salt
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Mash up bananas until as little chunks as possible. Stir in sugar. Add in butter. Add in egg and vanilla. Mix together.

Add in flour, salt and baking soda. Mix until all is combined and moistened.

Put into a greased and floured loan pan. Bake at 350º for approximately an hour or until toothpick comes out clean.

Cool completely before cutting.
