1 lb. Spiral or Ring Macaroni
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 sm. jar pimento
5 oz. cashew nuts (to sprinkle on top)
2 dozen cooked eggs
2 cans pineapple tidbets, drained
2 lb. ready to eat ham, diced
1 lg. onion, diced
4 c. diced celery

Dressing:
1 qt. Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
1 T. salt
2 t. prepared mustard
2 t. sugar

Cook macaroni and cool. Hard boil eggs and cool. Combine all ingredients ( except cashews) and add the dressing. Chill well to blend flavors. Put cashews on top just before serving.

This is a very good salad to serve for graduations, confirmations and receptions. Making 1 1/2 recipes will make 2 ice cream pails of salad. I acquired this recipe from my good friend, Ellen Ziemann, when she served it at one of the kids graduation receptions.
