2 pkg. active dry yeast
1 cup warm water
1 1/3 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
2 c. mashed potatoes
2 c. hot potato water
3 eggs
9 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Add butter, sugar, salt mashed potatoes, and potato water.

When hot mixture cools, stir in yeast and eggs. Add flour. Knead well. Put in greased bowl and cover. Put in refrigerator.

Punch dough when it rises to the top of the bowl. Keep dough punched. Let rise to double,

Form into balls. Place on greased sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 400º.
