1/2 c unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
3/4 c packed light brown sugar
1 large egg, at room temperature
1 t vanilla
1 c flour
1 c graham cracker crumbs (about 8 full sheet graham crackers)
1/2 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 heaping cup marshmallow creme

Preheat oven to 350º. Line an 8 or 9 inch square baking pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, cream butter and brown sugar together. Add egg and vanilla. Scrape down sides.

Whisk flour, crumbs, baking powder and salt together in medium bowl. Pour flour mixture into wet ingredients. Beat until combined.

Spread 2/3 mixture into pan. Spread marshmallow creme on top. Layer chocolate chips evenly on top. Mold remaining dough into flat pieces and layer on top of the chocolate chips.

Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely. Cut into squares.
