1 lb sausage-homemade pork sausage (cook, but not dry, drain off grease)
1/2 grated sharp cheddar
8 slices bread w/o crust, cubed
4 eggs
2 c milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp mustard
pepper to taste

Directions:

Grease 7 x 11 pan
Layer cubed bread
cheese
sprinkle cooked sausage
mix rest of ingredients and pour over

Cover, refrigerate 12 hours

Take off cover. Bake 350 degrees 45-60 minutes
