1 pkg frozen chopped spinach (10oz) - thawed
1 1/2 c sour cream
1 c mayonnaise
1 pkg. Knox Vegetable Soup Mix
1 8 oz-can water chestnuts - chopped
3 green onions - chopped
1 sour dough round bread
1 sliced baguette
Directions:
Directions:
Squeeze thawed spinach till dry. Stir in sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix, water chestnuts, and green onions. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Before serving - scoop out the inside of the round bread and cut into pieces for dipping. Spoon spinach mixture into hallowed round bread. Serve with cut-up pieces and sliced baguette.
