2 1/2 lbs thawed and drained boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can dice tomatoes
4 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1 T tomato paste
3 T prepared yellow mustard
3 T apple cider vinegar
3 T paprika
1 tsp cayenne popper (or to taste; this makes a spicy BBQ, try 1/4 tsp if you folks who can't abide heat)
3 to 4 tsp mineral salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp Liquid Smoke
2 tsp black strap molasses
1 cup drained pineapple chunks
4 tsp Super Sweet Blend or 4 doonks Pure Stevia Extract

Directions:

1. Place the chicken in crock pot
2. Please all other ingredients in a blender and process until smooth
3. Add the sauce to the crock pot and cook on low heat all day or on high heat for 5 to 6 hours.
4. Once the chicken is cooked, shred it and mix it into the sauce. Let sit in the sauce (to soak up the BBQ sauce) for 10 to 15 minutes, then serve.
