125 g cream cheese, softened
1/2 c brown sugar, packed
1 can (798 g) pumpkin puree
3 eggs
1 c whipping cream
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginder
Pinch ground cloves
Pinch nutmeg
4 tsp sugar (for whipped cream)

Crust:
1 1/2 c graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c butter, melted
2 tbsp granulated sugar

Directions:
Stir together graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.

Line 9x9 pan with parchment paper. Spread crust mixture evenly in bottom of pan.

Bake 12 minutes at 325ºF.

In the meantime, beat cream cheese and brown sugar until fluffy (about 4 minutes).

Beat in pumpkin pie puree. Add eggs one at a time. Beat in 1/4 cup sugar and spices.

Spread mixture over crust.

Bake one hour at 300ºF.

Let cool in oven for one hour.

Let cool completely. Cover surface directly with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled (approximately 2 hours).

Serve with whipped cream.
