1¼ cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups oats, uncooked ( Quick or Old-Fashioned )
1 (11 oz. Pkg) Nestle™ Toll House Butterscotch flavored Morsels, about 2 cups

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375º F.

In a small bowl, combine first 4 ingredients and set aside.
In a large bowl, butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla, beat until creamy.
Gradually add flour mixture.
Stir in oats and chips.
Drop by level tablespoons onto un-greased cookie sheets.

Bake for 7- 8 minutes for chewier cookies.
Bake for 9 - 10 minutes for crisper cookies.
