Sauce:
1 tsp. Cornstarch
1 tbsp. Water
½ c. Chicken broth
3 tbsp. Soya sauce
1 tbsp. Sugar
½ tsp. Vinegar
¼ tsp. Cayenne pepper

Chicken breast, cooked and cubed
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Carrots
Peppers
Onions

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sauce ingredients together in a saucepan and bring to boil. Dissolve the cornstarch in water before mixing with remaining ingredients.
Fry chicken until done. Set aside.
Sauté vegetables in a little oil. ( Feel free to use any vegetables you like, I like using the frozen California mix.) Mix sauce, chicken and vegetables together. Serve with rice or chow mein noodles.
