Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 large onions, sliced into rings
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
Cooking spray or oil mister

Prep Onions: Peel and slice onions into rings, separating layers. Discard smallest inner rings as they might not cook evenly.
Set Up Coating Station: In bowl, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. In another bowl, place beaten eggs. In third bowl, add breadcrumbs.
Coat Onion Rings:
Dip each onion ring into flour mixture, shaking off excess. Finally, coat the ring in breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere. Place coated ring on plate or tray.
Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 375° for 5 min.
Air Fry Onion Rings: Lightly grease air fryer basket with cooking spray or use oil mister to coat onion rings.
Place coated onion rings in single layer in air fryer basket, making sure they don’t touch or overlap. Cook onion rings in batches if needed. Air fry for 8-10 mins, flipping rings halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Serve and Enjoy: Once onion rings are cooked to desired crispiness, carefully remove from air fryer; place them on a serving plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
