1 3/4 cups self-rising flour
1 cup whipping ream

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450º
Mix flour and whipping cream together with fork until forms a ball. (If too dry, add in 1-2 tsp. additional whipping cream.)
Place dough onto lightly floured cloth-covered board.
Knead lightly 10 times, sprinkling lightly with flour as needed.
Roll or pay dough 1/2 inch thick.
Cut with 2-inch biscuit cutter.
Place approximately 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.
