2 lbs chicken breasts
2 cups heavy whipping cream
4 cups chicken broth (I use better than Boullion)
4 tbsp salted butter
2 tbsp cajun seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
1 pound penne pasta (uncooked)
8oz grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper your chicken.
Add the chicken, heavy whipping cream, chicken broth, butter, garlic powder and cajun seasoning to atleast a 6 qt instapot.
Seal and cook on high pressure for 17 minutes with a quick release and make sure the chicken is cooked through (internal temp for 165ºF)
Remove the chicken and shred it or dice into pieces.
Whisk the sauce in the instapot and return the chicken. Stir in the uncooked pasta.
Seal and cook on high pressure for 3 minutes with a quick release.
Top with parmesan cheese or cheese of your choice
Serve warm and enjoy

When the pasta is done, make sure to release the pressure immediately so you dont end up with soggy pasta.
