Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 rack of baby back ribs
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried oregano, 1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper

Prepare Ribs: Start removing membrane from back of ribs. This will help seasoning penetrate and ribs cook more evenly. Pat ribs dry with paper towels.
Mix Dry Rub: In small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, & black pepper to create dry rub.
Season Ribs: Brush both sides of ribs with olive oil, even coating. Rub dry rub mix over ribs, pressing onto meat to adhere.
Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375° for about 5 min.
Air Fry Ribs: Place seasoned ribs, single layer in air fryer basket. You may need to cut rack in half to fit. Air fry ribs at 375° for 30-35 min, flipping halfway through cooking time. The ribs are done when crispy on outside; tender inside.
Rest & Serve: Once cooked, remove ribs from air fryer; let them rest a few min before slicing. Slice ribs between bones; serve as delicious appetizer or main dish.

Directions:
Directions:
Prep Time: Allow dry rub to sit on ribs 15-20 min before air frying. This helps flavors penetrate meat & enhances overall taste.
Cooking Time: If you prefer fall-off-the-bone tender ribs, cook lower temp for longer.
Broiling Step: For an extra layer of crispiness, after air frying, you can transfer the ribs to a baking sheet and broil them in the oven for 2-3 min on each side. Keep a close watch to prevent burning.
Resting Time: Allow ribs to rest a few min after air frying. This allows juices to redistribute, resulting in more tender & flavorful meat.

Asian-Inspired: Create an Asian-inspired dry rub by adding ginger powder, Chinese five-spice powder, and touch of soy sauce to mix. Serve with side of sesame slaw.
Spicy Kick: For spicy kick, include cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes in dry rub. Serve with cooling yogurt-based dipping sauce.
Herb-Infused: Experiment with fresh herbs by mixing finely chopped rosemary, thyme, sage into dry rub. This adds fragrant & herbaceous dimension to the ribs.
