4 C White Vinegar

4 C White Sugar

1/2 C Pickling Salt (See note below)

1 1/2 tsp Celery Seed

1 1/2 tsp Mustard Seed

Sliced Onions

Chopped Garlic

Fresh Dill

** Not sure how many Cucumbers? **

** ICE CREAM BUCKET WORKS BEST **

Combine first 5 ingredients and bring to boil. Cool.

Wash & Slice cucumbers. (do not peel)

Do about 1/3 of the cucumbers, and then add sliced onions, some chopped garlic, and 3-4 heads of dill.

Continue layering until bucket is about 3/4 full. Pour cooled liquid over pickles.
Press them down so all the pickles are covered with liquid.

Leave the bucket out on the counter (covered) overnight and then refrigerate.

Pickles will be ready in about a week or two BUT definitely get better with age!!!!

NOTE: You MUST use PICKLING SALT. Using regular salt will result in mushy pickles.
