2 (8oz) blocks cream cheese
1 cup prepared Ranch Dressing
3/4 cup chopped celery
2 (10 oz.) cans of chunk chicken (Berna uses 3 cooked boneless chicken breast chopped)
3/4 cup hot sauce
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat a large non stick skillet over medium low heat. Add all ingredients, except the cheddar cheese, and stir until well blended and heated through. Transfer to to a 9 x 13 baking dish. Top with cheddar cheese and bake at 350º until cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips and/or baguette slices. Or bell pepper and celery slices.

I got this recipe from my friend, Bernadette Tippet. I introduced it to Mary Grace and family, at our beach house stay in Carolina Beach, N.C. in 2010. It is now a family favorite.
