1 (1 lb.) round Brie cheese
2 Tbsp Curaçao, Cointreau, Cognac or orange brandy
⅓ cup dried apricots, cut into ¼-inch strips
3 Tbsp dried cranberries and/or golden raisins
3 Tbsp pistachios or pine nuts
Toasted thin baguette slices or crackers

Preheat oven 350º. Place the cheese on a rimmed baking pie dish. Prick the top with a fork in a dozen places, drizzle with 1 ½ tsp of liqueur. In a bowl, toss the remaining liqueur with the apricots, cranberries and pistachios. Scatter the fruit mixture evenly over the top of the round. Bake until the cheese warms and softens, 8-10 minutes. Serve with baguette slices or crackers. Serves 10-12.
