17 mini ice cream sandwiches
1 jar (12 oz.) caramel ice cream topping
12 oz. cool whip, thawed
1/4 c. Hershey's syrup
1 (7 oz.) Symphony candy bar, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Arrange ice cream sandwiches in an ungreased 9x13 pan. Cut remaining sandwiches in half lengthwise, fill in the spaces in the dish. Spread with caramel and Cool Whip. Drizzle with chocolate syrup. Sprinkle with chopped candy bar. Cover and freeze for at least 45 minutes. Cut into squares.
