1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 Tbsp. butter
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 cups chicken stock, add more if needed
1½ cup orzo pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add orzo. Cook and stir until golden brown. Stir in onions and cook until translucent. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Stir in chicken stock, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low, cover and simmer until liquid has been absorbed, 20-25 minutes. Add more stock if needed. Remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve. Serves 4.
