1 1/2 - 3lb Chicken cut up, cooked and de-boned
6 Cups Sliced Zucchini
1/2 Cup chopped onion
2 Tbsp Water
8 oz Sour Cream
10 oz can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Cup grated Carrots
2 pkg Italian croutons
1/2 Cup melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Combine Zucchini, Onion and water Microwave 7 minutes, drain
Combine Sour Cream, Soup in bowl, add carrots, chicken and vegetables in bowl
Combine Croutons and butter in another bowl
Spread 1/2 crouton mixture in bottom of 13x9 dish, Top with Chicken mixture, then remaining crouton mixture.
Microwave on high 12 minutes, let stand covered for 3 minutes
