2 C. Butter (room temp)
3 C. Sugar
4 Eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla
5-1/2 C. Flour
4 tsp. Cream of Tartar
2 tsp. Baking Soda
2 tsp. Salt
Cinnamon and Sugar to roll cookies in prior to baking.

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and vanilla and mix well. Add dry ingredients that have been sifted together. Mix well. Chill for at least an hour, the longer the better. MRoll into balls and drop into a cinnamon/sugar mixture. Bake on a greased cookie sheet for 10-12 minutes.
