1 lb. raw shrimp - peeled and deveined

Marinade
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 c. olive oil
2 T. parsley
1 T. basil
2 t. lemon juice
1 T. tomato paste
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper

Garlic Butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 t. parsley
lemon wedges for serving - optional

Directions:
Directions:
1.) Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl and whisk. Allow shrimp to marinate at least 20 minutes. DO NOT LEAVE IN MARINADE LONGER THAN 30 MINUTES.

2.) Preheat grill to medium heat.

3.) Thread shrimp on skewers (if wood skewer, soak in water first) and grill 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from skewers and place in a serving bowl.

4.) Drizzle with garlic butter and serve warm with lemon wedges - if desired.
