1 cup softened butter
2 cups brown sugar
1/12 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
3 cups oatmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together the butter with the brown sugar. Add the eggs, one at a time. Mix in the flour and the salt. Stir in the oatmeal. The dough is stiff. Place tablespoons on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. We like them a little crispy
For cookies I always use my stones from pampered chef.

This recipe is from the pioneer women. Yes, we watch a lot of cooking shows. These cookies are crisp and chewy. Very good. One of our favorites
