1/3 cup Vinegar (can use rice wine)
1 cup water
1/3 cup soy sauce
3 buds garlic, minced
1 1/2 inches ginger root, minced
Canned pineapple

Brown meat and then add the ingredients until the meat is done.

Mix pineapple juice with a little bit of cornstarch to thicken the broth.

Add pineapple at the very last minute.
