2# ground beef
2 medium onions, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
3 cups water
2 cups elbow macaroni
2- 15 oz tomato sauce
2- 15 oz diced tomatoes
1 tsp Italian seasoning ( it calls for 2 Tbsp but we thought it was too much)
3 bay leaves
1-2 Tbsp soy sauce, ( it calls for 3 Tbsp, but again, it was too much)
Season to taste
1-2 cups corn

Directions:
Brown the meat and onion in a very large frying pan. Add the garlic toward the end of cooking. Drain if necessary Add the water and the macaroni. Stir in the sauces and tomatoes Season with the Italian seasoning, soy sauce and bay leaves. It should simmer until the macaroni is tender some of the liquid is gone. Then I add the corn. Simmer til all warmed.
