Spice blend:
1 1/2 t kosher salt
1/8 t ground mustard
1/8 t fresh pepper
1/8 t ground coriander
1/8 t celery salt
1/8 t paprika
1 pinch ground tumeric
1/8 t cayenne

Rice:
2 T butter
1/2 c onion mince
2/3 c orzo
1 1/3 c long grain white rice
3 c chicken broth
1 T chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Mix spices in small bowl.
Melt butter in lg skillet over med high heat. Add diced onion and pasta. Cook and stir until onions soften and pasta is golden 4-6 min. Stir in spice blend and stir about 30 sec. Add rice and stir until rice is coated with butter about a minute.
Add chicken broth and bring to simmer. Stir and reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 17 min. Remove from heat and sit for 5 min. Remove lid and add parsley and fluff rice.
