3 oz. cream cheese
1 cup almond flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 ½ vanilla extract
2 tbsp. sweetener
milk to thin the mixture

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth. Use milk to thin if necessary. Pour on griddle, flip and enjoy with some sugar free syrup.

She used ½ cup almond flour and ½ cup gluten free flour. Added milk to thin out the pancake batter, added extra sweetener and vanilla. She heated the cream cheese in the microwave for a few seconds and mixed the batter by hand.
