Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 gallon apple cider
1 gallon apple juice
2 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
1 cup granulated sugar
18 cinnamon sticks
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 teaspoons apple pie spice
2 liters 190 proof Everclear or grain alcohol
1 ½ cups Vanilla Vodka

Directions:
Directions:
In a large stockpot, combine the apple cider, apple juice, brown sugar, sugar and 12 cinnamon sticks.
Bring it to a boil, stirring until the sugars are dissolved.
Cover the pot, reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour. Remove from heat and allow it to cool completely.
Once cooled, add the Everclear and Vodka and remove the cinnamon sticks.
Pour the moonshine into 12, 16-ounce clean jars. Put a cinnamon stick in each jar. Put lids on and store in the refrigerator.
The moonshine is ready to drink immediately but the taste will improve significantly as it has a chance to sit and mellow for 2 weeks.

WOW! That's really all I need to say about this one. It does taste like apple pie and will sneak up on you quick. It was a huge hit.
