½ pound bacon, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 bag shredded hashbrown potatoes
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
9 large eggs
1 ¼ cups milk
8 ozs. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground mustard
¼ tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Spray a 13x9 inch dish with PAM. Over medium-high heat fry chopped bacon and onions until tender; drain.
In a large bowl, combine the bacon onion mixture, potatoes and cheeses and spread into the casserole dish. In a sperate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sour cream, salt, mustard powder and pepper.
Pour over the potato mixture. Bake for 35 minutes.
