1 loaf of crusty bread, cut into 1" cubes
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
3 tbsp butter, melted
3/4 tsp kosher salt
3/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
3/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp finely chopped rosemary
1/4 c grated Parmesan

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350.

Combine the dry spices in a small bowl.

Toss the bread cubes in a large bowl with the olive oil to coat.

Add the spices and parmesan cheese, toss well.

Spread the cubes on a large sheet pan in an even layer.

Bake until crisp. Approximately 15 minutes. Turn midway through to ensure even browning.
