1 cup Madjool dates (About 9-11 Dates)
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup lightly salted almonds
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp flax seeds
2 tbsp agave nectar (or Honey)

Directions:
Directions:
Soften the Dates
1. Remove seeds from dates
2. Soak 1 cup dates in 1 cup of water for 30 minutes and up to 3 hours.
3. Remove dates from water and chop in food processor, half blended and with bits of dates.

Directions for the Truffula Fruit
1. Blend almonds in the food processor and set aside.
2. Add the blended dates to the blended almonds in the food processor and blend.
3. Add the chia seeds, flax seeds, and dried cranberries.
4. Roll the date mixture into balls, about 1 inch diameter
5. Place on a cookie sheet and refrigerated for a couple of hours.
