Ingredients:  
2 room temperature eggs or just yolks
2 t prepared mustard (yellow or dijon)
Vinegar (amt. varies depending on whether you have brine from ferment)
1 t salt
juice of one lemon
1 T garlic
2 t dill weed
4 T brine from ferment or yogurt
2 1//2 c oil (use grape-seed or avocado or in dad's case animal fat)

Dump together. Stir up with immersion blender. Adjust acidity and seasonings. Leave at RT for 5 hours to ferment. Transfer to fridge.
