Pastry for 9 inch One Crust Pie ( I use Pillsbury)
12 slices Bacon (about 1/2 pound) crispy fried and crumbled)
1 cup shredded natural Swiss cheese
4 eggs
2 cups whipping cream (can use half and half)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon cayenne red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425 degrees.
Put pastry in pie pan..
Sprinkle bacon and cheese in pasty lined pie pan.
Beat eggs slightly, then beat in remaining ingredients.
Pour cream mixture into pie pan.
Bake 15 minutes.

Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees and cook 30 minutes longer.. Test by inserting knife in pie until it come out clean. Bake longer if necessary.

Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
Serve in wedges.
