1/2 cup apple cider or balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp salt
1 TBS sugar
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 bunch chopped fresh cilantro
1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained & rinsed
1 (15 oz) can garbanzo beans, drained & rinsed
2 cups fresh corn
cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped onion
8 oz pasta cooked (shells or rotini)

Directions:
Directions:
* Mix vinegar, oil, salt, sugar, pepper,cummin & chili powder.
* Combine cilantro, beans, corn, onion, cherry tomato, and pasta in a lg bowl.
* Stir in 1/2 dressing and refrigerate.
* Use additional dressing as needed when serving.
