1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
1 egg
4 cups flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup coconut
1 cup dates
1 cup raisins
1 cup nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar & sour cream. Add egg.

Sift flour, cream of tartar & soda together, then add to sugar mixture.

Add the remaining ingredients.

Spread thinly on cookie sheet & then cut into squares.

Bake in moderate oven 15 - 20 minutes.
