1/2 C. Butter
3/4 C. Sugar
1 Tsp. Vanilla
3 Eggs
2 C. Flour
1 Tsp. Baking Powder
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp. Nutmeg
1/2 Pint Sour Cream
Cherry or Blueberry Pie Filling
Powdered Sugar Frosting
Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350º

1. Grease 2 loaf pans

2. Beat together the following until creamy: butter, sugar, and vanilla.

3. Add eggs.

4. Mix in flour, baking powder, baking soda and nutmeg.

5. Add in sour cream and beat well.

6. Pour into pans.

7. Pour 1/2 can of cherry or blueberry pie filling over top of each loaf.

8. Bake for 50 minutes.

9. Let cool and then spread frosting on top.
