Directions:
Use a lasagna pan or 9X13 baking dish. Bake at 350º for 1-1½ hours.

Brown the meat or meat and veggies. Mix together the sauce, water, meat or meat and veggies together.
Place 1½ cups of the sauce in the bottom of the pan. Layer with uncooked noodles leaving no space between the noodles. Mix the Ricotta or Cottage cheese, mozzarella and the parmesan together. Repeat layers being sure to have sauce to cover the top layer. Make sure the top noodles get covered by the sauce and sprinkle parmesan or mozzarella on top.

Cover with heavy duty foil. Set on a baking sheet covered with foil in case the sauce leaks. Let it stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
